Interstate Highways in Minnesota

The shields of Minnesota's primary and auxiliary Interstate highways.

There are six primary Interstate highways and ten auxiliary Interstate highways in Minnesota.

Interstate 33 (I-33) - Runs from the Iowa state line near Bigelow, MN to I-494 and US 169 in Bloomington.

Interstate 35 (I-35) - Runs from the Iowa state line southwest of Glenville, MN to the United States-Canada border at International Falls, MN.

Interstate 53 (I-53) - Runs from the Iowa state line near Chester, IA to I-494/835 and Minnesota State Trunk Highway 55 in St. Paul.

Interstate 90 (I-90) - Runs from the South Dakota state line in Beaver Creek Township, MN to the Wisconsin state line.in Dresbach Township, MN.

Interstate 94 (I-94) - Runs from the North Dakota state line in Moorhead, MN to the Wisconsin state line near Lakeland, MN.

Interstate 98 (I-98) - Runs from the Wisconsin state line at Duluth, MN & Superior, WI to the North Dakota state line in East Grand Forks, MN.

Interstate 198 (I-198) - Runs from I-98 and US 169 in Grand Rapids to US 169 and Minnesota State Trunk Highway 73 in Hibbing.

Interstate 335 (I-335) - Runs from I-94 in Minneapolis to I-35 in Minneapolis.

Interstate 394 (I-394) - Runs from US 12 in Long Lake to 3rd and 4th Streets in Minneapolis.

Interstate 494 (I-494) - Runs from I-94/694 and US 52 in Maple Grove to I-94/694 and US 12 in Woodbury/Oakdale.

Interstate 535 (I-535) - Runs from I-35 in Cloquet to Minnesota State Trunk Highway 61 in Duluth.

Interstate 594 (I-594) - Runs from County Road 100 in Minnetonka to Minnesota State Trunk Highway 100 in St. Louis Park, interchanging with I-494 in Minnetonka.

Interstate 629 (I-629) - A loop around Fargo, ND.

Interstate 694 (I-694) - Runs from I-94/494 and US 52 in Maple Grove to I-94/494 and US 12 in Woodbury/Oakdale.

Interstate 835 (I-835) - Runs from I-35 in Burnsville to I-35 in Columbus, and serves St. Paul.

Interstate 894 (I-894) - An outer belt of the Twin Cities area that runs from I-94 in Woodbury to I-94, US 52 and Minnesota State Trunk Highway 101 in Rogers. I-894 runs roughly parallel to I-694 and I-494.
