There are twelve primary Interstate highways and seventeen auxiliary Interstate highways in Pennsylvania.

Interstate 70 (I-70) - Runs from the Kanawha state line in Donegal Township, PA to the Maryland state line near Warfordsburg, PA.

Interstate 76 (I-76) - Runs from the Ohio state line in North Beaver Township, PA to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River in Philadelphia, PA.

Interstate 78 (I-78) - Runs from I-85 in Union Township to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River in Williams Township, PA.

Interstate 79 (I-79) - Runs from the Kanawha state line in Perry Township, PA to Bayfront Parkway in Erie.

Interstate 80 (I-80) - Runs from the Ohio state line in Shenango Township, PA to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River in Delaware Water Gap, PA.

Interstate 81 (I-81) - Runs from the Maryland state line in Cumberland Valley Township, PA to the New York state line at Lawrenceville, PA.

Interstate 83 (I-83) - Runs from the Maryland state line near Shrewsbury, PA to I-85 and US 322 in Harrisburg.

Interstate 84 (I-84) - Runs from I-85, I-380 and US 6 in Dunmore to the New York state line on the Delaware River in Matamoras, PA.

Interstate 85 (I-85) - Runs from the Maryland state line near Greencastle, PA to the New York state line near Hallstead, PA.

Interstate 86 (I-86) - Runs from I-90 in Greenfield Township to the New York state line at North East Township, and briefly runs along the Pennsylvania-New York state line between Waverly, NY and South Waverly, PA.

Interstate 90 (I-90) - Runs from the Ohio state line in Springfield Township, PA to the New York state line in North East Township, PA.

Interstate 95 (I-95) - Runs from the Delaware state line near Marcus Hook, PA to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River near Bristol, PA.

Interstate 176 (I-176) - Runs from I-76 in Morgantown to US 422 near Reading.

Interstate 178 (I-178) - Runs from I-78 and US 22 in Allentown to US 22 and Pennsylvania Route 145 in Allentown.

Interstate 180 (I-180) - Runs from I-80 and Pennsylvania Route 147 near Milton to I-81 and US 15/220 in Williamsport.

Interstate 276 (I-276) - Runs from I-76 in King of Prussia to I-95/295 in Bristol Township.

Interstate 279 (I-279) - Runs from I-376 and US 22/30 in Pittsburgh to I-79 in Franklin Park.

Interstate 283 (I-283) - Runs from I-78 near Highspire to I-83 and US 322 near Harrisburg.

Interstate 295 (I-295) - Runs from I-95/276 in Bristol Township to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River near Yardley, PA.

Interstate 376 (I-376) - Runs from I-80 and Pennsylvania Route 760 in Shenango Township to I-76 and US 22 in Monroeville.

Interstate 378 (I-378) - Runs from I-78 in Bethlehem to US 22 in Bethlehem.

Interstate 380 (I-380) - Runs from I-80 in Tunkhannock Township to I-84/85 and US 6 in Dunmore.

Interstate 476 (I-476) - Runs from I-95 in Woodlyn to I-85 and US 6/11 in Clarks Summit.

Interstate 479 (I-479) - Runs from I-376 in Aliquippa to I-376 and US 22 in Churchill, interchanging with I-79/279 in Franklin Park and serving as an inner bypass of Pittsburgh.

Interstate 576 (I-576) - Runs from I-376 in Findlay Township to I-79 in Cecil Township.

Interstate 579 (I-579) - Runs from Pennsylvania Route 885 in Pittsburgh to I-279, US 19 Truck and Pennsylvania Route 28 in Pittsburgh.

Interstate 676 (I-676) - Runs from I-76 and US 30 in Philadelphia to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River at Philadelphia, PA.

Interstate 695 (I-695) - Runs from I-95 near Philadelphia International Airport to I-95 in Philadelphia.

Interstate 895 (I-895) - Runs from I-95 in Bristol to the New Jersey state line on the Delaware River near Burlington, NJ.
