Interstate Highways in Maryland

 

The shields for Maryland's primary and auxiliary Interstate highways.

There are eight primary Interstate highways and twelve auxiliary Interstate highways in Maryland.

Interstate 66 (I-66) - Runs from Washington, D.C. near Tuxedo, Cheverly, MD to the Delaware state line near Marydel, MD.
Interstate 68 (I-68) - Runs from the Kanawha state line near Friendsville, MD to I-70 and US 40/522 in Hancock.
Interstate 70 (I-70) - Runs from the Pennsylvania state line in Hancock, MD to Maryland Route 122 in Woodlawn (just east of I-695), with the road ending at a Park and Ride in Baltimore.
Interstate 81 (I-81) - Runs from the Kanawha state line near Wiley Ford, KA to the Pennsylvania state line near Cumberland, MD.
Interstate 83 (I-83) - Runs from Fayette Street and President Street in Baltimore to the Pennsylvania state line at Maryland Line, MD.
Interstate 85 (I-85) - Runs from the Kanawha state line in Williamsport, MD to the Pennsylvania state line near Hagerstown, MD.
Interstate 95 (I-95) - Runs from the D.C./Virginia state line near Oxon Hill, MD to the Delaware state line near Elkton, MD.
Interstate 97 (I-97) - Runs from I-695 and I-895 in Ferndale to the Virginia state line south of Pocomoke City.
Interstate 195 (I-195) - Runs from I-95 and Maryland Route 166 in Arbutus to Maryland Route 170 near Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
Interstate 197 (I-197) - Runs from I-97 and I-297 in Millersville along Maryland Route 32 to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Laurel.
Interstate 270 (I-270) - Runs from I-495 and Maryland Route 355 in Bethesda to I-70 and US 40 in Frederick.
Interstate 295 (I-295) - Runs from I-95/495 and Maryland Route 210 in Oxon Hill to Washington, D.C.
Interstate 297 (I-297) - Runs from I-97 and I-197 in Millersville along Maryland Route 3 to I-66 and US 50 in Bowie.
Interstate 370 (I-370) - Runs from Sam Eig Highway in Gaithersburg to Maryland Route 200 in Redland.
Interstate 395 (I-395) - Runs from I-95 in Baltimore to Howard Street and Camden Street in Baltimore.
Interstate 495 (I-495) - The beltway around Washington, D.C.
Interstate 597 (I-597) - Runs from I-66 and I-97 in Annapolis to Maryland Route 235 and Pegg Road in Lexington Park.
Interstate 695 (I-695) - The beltway around Baltimore.
Interstate 795 (I-795) - Runs from I-695 in Pikesville to Maryland Routes 140/795 in Reisterstown.
Interstate 895 (I-895) - Runs from I-95 in Elkridge to I-95 in Baltimore.
