This map shows all 65 neighborhoods in St. Ann, Altamasstachia - the state's third largest city (and principal city of the St. Ann-Fritzport metropolitan area, the state's third-largest metropolitan area). Primarily residential and commercial with low-density and medium-density zoning laws governing development in the area, St. Ann is basically an American small town on super steroids. Most industrial areas in the St. Ann area are in Berwyn to the east, and most of the metropolitan area lives all around St. Ann County and Fritz County. Altamasstachia State Freeway Route 418 is the loop around the city, with State Freeway Routes 18 and 76 linking St. Ann to Olympia and San Gerardo Bravo, respectively.

The St. Ann metropolitan area, defined by the United States Census Bureau as the St. Ann-Fritzport-Lethbridge metropolitan statistical area, is the third-most populous metropolitan area in the U.S. state of Altamasstachia and the 23rd-largest in the United States. Its economic, cultural and demographic center is St. Ann, and its total population was 2,722,871 in the 2021 estimate from the U.S. Census Bureau.
Saint Ann was founded in 1823 and immediately benefitted from the Olympia-St. Ann-San Gerardo Bravo Railroad's construction and opening, allowing the city to thrive on the coattails of the Industrial Revolution in the 1800s. Becoming a major center in the manufacture of steel, iron, boilers, lumber/wood products (primarily sourced from the Great Forested Hills) and chemicals, the St. Ann region would also become a facilitator of trade across the state and the world with the Port of St. Ann and Fritz County located in Fritzport (currently the third busiest seaport in Altamasstachia). Due to zoning laws and civic regulations, St. Ann has never had a large downtown area or a skyline (the tallest buildings in the city outside of cell towers are ten to twelve stories tall) and the city is more of an urban conurbation of low to medium density residential, commercial and industrial zones. St. Ann is the headquarters of the Altamasstachia regional division of Piggly Wiggly (fun fact: Altamasstachia has more Piggly Wiggly locations than the rest of the United States combined), Kash 'n Kurry (an Indian fast food chain), Altamasstachia Broadcasting Network (ABN) and twelve Fortune 1000 companies have their headquarters in the St. Ann metropolitan area. In addition to the aforementioned Olympia-St. Ann-San Gerardo Bravo Railroad, St. Ann is also serviced by a freeway network (Altamasstachia State Freeway Routes 10, 11, 12, 18, 76, 211, 418), a monorail network in and around the city of St. Ann, St. Ann International Airport in Berwyn and the aforementioned Port of St. Ann and Fritz County. The St. Ann metropolitan area is home to the College of St. Ann (home of the Marauders) and Altamasstachia A&M University in Romansville (home of the Eagles), and in professional sports, plays host to the St. Ann Terrapins of the Altamasstachia Bowling Federation, the St. Ann Squires of the Altamasstachia Baseball League, the St. Ann Mustangs of the Altamasstachia All-Pro Football League, the St. Ann Steamrollers of the Altamasstachia Basketball League and the St. Ann Terriers of the Altamasstachia Hockey League. Altamasstachia has the most amusement parks of any U.S. state, and St. Ann is home to Six Flags St. Ann (located in Lethbridge). Altamasstachia is known as the "Cordial State" - as surveyed in 2019, the state ranks #1 in the United States in regards to hospitality, happiness, friendliness, politeness and safety, and St. Ann is considered the best place to live in America by many credible sources. Upbeat, close-knit and welcoming, there's many reasons people choose to live and stay in St. Ann: a seasoned yet unsophisticated mega-burbia that's quintessential Americana at its finest and full of pep. If your grandparents were to come back and come here, they wouldn't have any trouble recognizing the place!
