Re: Superior, Wisconsin (Say hello to East Duluth, Wisconsin!)

I must admit that I made an oversight when I originally submitted the posts on this blog about the state of Superior, as well as the respective Interstate highways that run through Minnesota and Wisconsin – I had left the name of Superior, Wisconsin unchanged even though there would likely be a great deal of confusion with the state of Superior nearby (they're about 80 miles apart). While I acknowledge that in OTL (our timeline) Superior, WI derived its name from Lake Superior, the state of Superior gets first priority as the name "Superior" was popular and the first choice for their state's new name amongst the movement for statehood in what was then the Upper Peninsula of Michigan back in the 1820s-1850s, while OTL Superior, WI was founded in 1854 (three years before Superior became a state ITTL (in this timeline)).
